Hi Elayne, very iviting. I agree with you, even the smallest used car lot details their cars before putting them on the lot for sale. For heavens sake, why wouldn't you detail your most important investment you have before selling. Great post.

You are right, we as Stagers can really help.  Professional Home Stagers have the vision that buyers are not able to see.  Why would anyone leave it to chance with selling a vacant home???  Thanks for posting this.

Thanks Linda. We are an extension of Realtors marketing efforts as well. Realtors and stagers should partner together at the listing presentation to set the realtor apart of the rest who are also trying to get the listing. Why wait months sometimes a year then want to stage the home?
